*** Important Please Read ***

C-7 hubs are receiving major Z-Wave updates with this release and require some user intervention to complete the process.

Part 1 of the update will happen automatically during startup. There may be an automatic reboot during first startup on 2.2.3.

Part 2 requires user intervention. Under settings and z-wave details you will see a new button "Firmware Update". This will start the radio firmware update. FirmwareUpdateButtonCapture

Please note that the firmware update takes roughly 10 minutes to complete, please let this process complete fully before attempting to do anything. If you run into trouble please reach out on the community, we will be watching for people posting problems.

Once this is complete it is recommended to go through and remove any failed nodes from previous inclusion issues.

Hot Fix Release 2.2.3.119 Available -- All C-7 Users Should Update

This release fixes an issue pertaining to Soft Reset where after performing such a reset, the hub would not boot correctly.

All C-7 users should update to 2.2.3.119. This release is very minimal, and addresses just this single issue. There are no other changes from 2.2.3.118. Please also see this post: WARNING: Do not reset C-7 Hub until after updating to version 2.2.3.119

Please note: We strongly recommend the following: DO NOT USE FULL RESET. If you have a problem that makes you think you need to do a Full Reset, please contact support before doing it. This is rarely the correct thing to do. We intend to remove this option from the Diagnostic Tool in the near future.
