New App Features
- Hue Bridge Integration app updated with support for scenes, motion sensors, contact sensors, button devices, and additional device features in drivers (NOTE: after updating to 2.4.0, downgrading to 2.3.9 or earlier will require restoring an old, matching hub database [the easiest option for most users]; removing and reconfiguring the app as new; or a special downgrade process as noted in the documentation in order for the integration to work again on the old version)
- Added IF/THEN/ELSE logic to Visual Rule Builder.
- Rule 5.1:
- Added new table based UI for Triggers and Conditions, allowing one click to create new, edit or delete.
- Rule Functions available (see this post ). There is a known bug in this version; there must be a param selected for using Rule Function in another rule. Select any Hub Variable as the param, and all will be OK. This bug is already fixed, but that fix is not in this release.

- Added preference setting for volume up/down commands to AVR and component Zone drivers.
- Added unsubscribe to all Aqara drivers (removes jobs from community drivers)
- Added getZigbeeAttributeValue command for Zigbee drivers, getParameterValue command for ZWave was renamed to getZWaveParameterValue.

- Fixed precision with Ecobee thermostat driver when using Celsius scale.
