No update for C5?

Continuing the discussion from Release 2.4.0 Available:

I don't understand why I'm not seeing it on my C5

My C5 has 2.4.0.151.

Maybe there's a problem with the update server currently???

I updated mine over a week ago.

Make sure your hub can see the internet. Use the ping command on the hub and ping Hubitat.com

None of mine on .151 show update available.
C-4,C-7,C-8,C-8P ('s).
Looking for info on included upgrades.
Not in a hurry, system working great.

No workee. But my desktop fails also. I CAN get there with my browser so it would appear that something is blocking ICMP or hubitat.com doesn't support it.

Oops, you're right. I just assumed it would respond. But it does at lest resolve to an address, so that shows that DNS is working.

That is the current stable release, so thats expected.

@LosinIt use the ping test on the hub to ping cloud.hubitat.com
This one will respond to ping. Post a screenshot of the results.

Another thing you can try is using the diagnostic tool and click Download Latest, once its downloaded use the Restore Previous... button to install it.

@LosinIt so it looks like you were able to update via the diagnostic tool then and problem is solved?

There is a rare chance that the main UI will continue to tell you there are no updates so when the next update comes out you will have to check on it. Usually though once you get updated via the dig tool it fixes whatever the issue is and the UI works again next time.
