I have never had any issues pairing Leviton switches and dimmers in the past. But this one is giving me trouble. Hubitat C8 Hub. I go through the pairing process but it never pops up the window to have me name it. it hangs on the zwave initializing. I can see the switch in my zwave device details. All the posts i have read say that this means it did not associate the proper driver. I have tried discover, refresh, and repair and no luck. I even purchased a zooz 800 usb stick. I followed the removing ghost document but I can't get the stick to pair with the C8. I even tried to pair some leviton zw6hd dimmer switches and same result as the zw15s. firmware is current on the C8. It's like all of a sudden this hub won't pair to anything. It just keeps making ghosts.

If it shows up in Z-wave details without a a device name, that is an incorrect assumption. It means it did not complete the pairing fully. If there is no driver match it will make a device and give it a generic driver which you can then switch to something else.
This happens sometimes when you get too many dead/ghost nodes to begin with.
How To Remove Ghosts using hub tools or a UZB Stick << See section 3 there, it was recently updated to include instructions on how to switch your hub to ZWJS gateway temporarily to remove ghost nodes.

Then also, once you get things cleaned up, you might want to consider using SmartStart to pair z-wave devices: [APP] SmartStart Manager for Z-Wave (Long Range support) and official docs for how to use SS: Z-Wave Manual | Hubitat Documentation

Have you done a power pull reboot?
I.E. shut the hub down, pull power for at least 30 seconds, restore power. Fwiw, you may have to do this several times as you progress through removing your ghosts.
I have power cycled the unit 2-3 times. I did try to add the switch using smart start and it just says " not included, pending" and it has been like that for a day. I have 25 devices most of which are leviton switches and outlets and I have never had any trouble pairing them in the past.
Hub is being powered with the supplied power supply. Network connection to wall jack. Wall jack is connected to 48port switch. Uptime 3d 19h 40m 12s
For some reason when i attach the screen shots it give me an error " An error occurred: Sorry, you can't embed media items in a post."

The z-wave details screenshots are like compressed thumbnails, cannot click on them blow and read them. I do however see what looks like 3 dead/ghost nodes. Its the 3 that say "Pending" next to them, there is no device attached.
