Unable to pair Jasco 46563

This device comes up as some type of scene contoller with 2 switches and has a "Update Zigbee Firmware" button? there are no ON or OFF buttons. I have tried SmartStart installation and manually adding as every generic switch device. Running C-8 with lastest firmware. This is just a simple on/off lever switch

So to be clear, Hubitat does find it but it is not correct and doesn't work

The Jasco 46563 is a Zwave plus device.
Change the driver to generic zwave plus switch, then click Save Device, then go back up and click Configure then Save Preferences, then click refresh.

That looks like it is a 700 series device, so it should work with my Universal driver as well: [DRIVER] Universal Z-Wave Drivers (Switch/Dimmer)

Once you settle on a driver to use for it, run the "Configure" command on the device page.
