47 bucks for a two pack is pretty competitive pricing I'd say.
Except, of course, it's 700 and not LR.
As I said though, I have a house full of the earlier version.
I received my four toggle (not dimmer) switches in the mail yesterday.
Some of the differences I can see, so far, from my existing GE/Jasco Enbrighten toggle switches:
-Has an air gap switch
-Has a menu button
-Appears to do three way without add-on switch; I'm not interested in this at the moment, so I haven't looked farther into this
-Has a choice of eight colors
As I said, GE doesn't provide anything in the way of parameters in the enclosed printed instructions. It tells you how to change colors of the guide light as well as its mode, ie, always on, always off, on when powered on, on when powered off. It also tells you how to add and exclude, as well as reset to factory defaults (hint...the air gap switch is involved, lol).
As I also said earlier, @JasonJoel made a modification to his driver for me that allows the single color light on my current switches to be turned on and off by a rule. I use this feature to show that motion has been disabled, the well pump is on, the gate is open, NPR news muting is off (lol), etc. All of which usually involve flipping the toggle up or down several times. It is very useful.
@JasonJoel 's driver also exposes all six available "buttons", actually taps on the toggle. He also has associations available, which I've dabbled in but am not using at the moment. He also implemented the "alternate exclusion" option, which I discovered can make reporting faster.
While I do not currently have plans to use the multi-color capability, it would be nice to be able to programmatically light up the toggle in different colors. Perhaps, for me, other colors could be used besides the normal blue for motion lock out. Such as red for the well pump, and maybe generator 'on', green for utility 'on', yellow for gate open, etc. I can see an expanding use for this capability, but doubt I'll be doing en-masse replacement, because of the cost, even at $24 each, and that they're 700 non-LR.
Now, I have to find the directions for the old ones, lol.
Here are some pictures I took of the instructions and device:
