Typically any Z-wave device should work out of the box with the generic driver included on Hubitat. Z-wave devices will depend on your country since they use different frequencies in some countries. Button devices for Zigbee seem to be all over the place for reasons mentioned above.
This might be a good place to start for Zigbee.
