S2 bootstrapping - Unknown status code

Then went to SmartStart manager and made sure the Smartstart entry was there. Didn't change anything, set in LR boot mode. Then inserted battery and I get the error. Any ideas? Also rebooted hub after several attempts and tried again, no luck.
