Trying to get a ZSE18 LR to add via smartstart.
I deleted the pending smartstart entry, then I powered up the device and excluded it via the Z-wave add device. I then removed battery, Scanned the QR with the mobile app. Then went to SmartStart manager and made sure the Smartstart entry was there. Didn't change anything, set in LR boot mode. Then inserted battery and I get the error. Any ideas? Also rebooted hub after several attempts and tried again, no luck.
