We have identified an issue with the cloud backups created by the migration tool or Hub Protect service not being available to the C-8 Pro hubs.
Our engineers are currently working to remedy the problem. We kindly ask users to refrain from attempting to migrate to a C-8 Pro hub until the next update is released. The update will likely be part of the current platform version 2.3.7.
