HA Style Dashboards?

I was wondering if there is an app out there for custom dashboards kind of like the one I can create in Home Assistant. I love the dashboards in HA and now that I have switched back to Hubitat, I miss the dashboards. Here's a screen shot of 1 of my dashboards in HA

There are a few community apps that should get what you want done. The first I'd recommend is this:

I don't use alarm system keypads but I've seen several on the forums. A search should bring them up. But you might also use another great app from @garyjmilne as there is a keypad:

I should point out to fully unlock the apps potential a small "donation" is required.

You can also accomplish quite a bit with CSS. There is a guide:

And also a community app to make CSS easier:

My advice would be to exhaust all options that are local to HE and suit your needs, but if they fall short, then you may want to consider third party options, including sharing your devices with a HA instance if that offers you the most appropriate outcome.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not advocating for HA as a first option, but if dashboards are a real thing for you and/or your houehold, then don't rule it out. There can be additional benefits to running a HE and HA setup, as others have described on other topics, including me (I also have a HA instance that I use for Aqara FP2 sensors primarily now...).

So I would encourage you to look at some of the options @CAZ has offered up.

Mine may seem somewhat rudimentary compared to some of the others. I did have lofty ambitions, including some inspiration from HA's templating approach for some of the custom dashboard options that I read on their Community. Some of the recent conversation around Dashboards has re-ignited my interest, but time to spend on these kind of projects is limited for me, unfortunately.

I hope you find a solution here... Happy to help where and when I can...

Just run home assistant also and make your dashboards there and use Hubitat for automation only. Thats what I do.

How can you run both? Doesn't HA need the Devices in order to create dashboards? If they are in HE to run automations.

You use this integration on HA that allows you to push devices from Hubitat to HA.

Homey also has very nice dashboards and you can now run a Homey Self-Hosted Server as an Add-on to Home Assistant. This requires an app on Homey to then pull the devices from Home Assistant into Homey because there isn't a Hubitat to Homey integration yet unfortunately. The Homey Community integration for Home Assistant can pull in devices without going out to the network by using http://127.0.0.1:8123, so there's zero lag.

I've been having fun playing with all these hub platforms, but Hubitat is still my favorite for automation. When you're not a developer, they just win hands down for doing complex automations without coding in my opinion.

No, you can easily run both. I have Hubitat host all my devices and run all automations, and all devices are shared with HA via HADB (Home Assistant Device Bridge) for dashboards.

oops, thats the other way around. There is an integration for HA to integrate Huibitat, but its not HADB.

I remember now. I started with Hubitat and migrated away to HA. Not really happy with HA so I went back to Hubitat. I loved all the Dashboards I created in HA and miss them. It do remember when I first started in HA I had the intergration to Hubitat. I will try this again.

This is the integration you’re going to want to use.
