I moved you post to a new topic since it had nothing to do with the post you replied to.
Similar to this post but the error is a little different so going to leave it as two separate posts.
My dashboards Now Showup
Not sure what happened or if the devleopers did some tweeks behind the scenes
Thankyou soo much......
I'm out .....on my way........
Fix for this is coming in the next update
Thankyou
@bobbyD
I happened to notice now the Dashboards only appear if my phone has 5G coverage.
Otherwise they won't
On Android App Also noticed in the New app in DEVICES
The Rooms are not in Alphabetical Order
On the wifes ios they are in alphabetical order
Yeah I posted that in May, never was responded to or fixed apparently.
Sign me up for the no dashboards on Android 2.0. just a blank screen. I tried opening it a few times and got a message from Android that the "Webview" was the wrong version and asked if I should revert to the original. Did that no change. After a few more tries, the app just crashed and closed itself.
@bobbyD
No dashboards in the latest new Android app here as well. Latest firmware updated on my C7 hub.
Android app V 2.0.1. I'm connected to my hub and can control my devices. Not sure if it's ok that no up address is stated in the error message. App issue or something wrong with the app installation?
Thanks
Do you have Hubitat Dashboard app installed on your hub? It is required for the Mobile App to display any dashboards, including Easy Dashboards.
No you caught me. I haven't. I will install right away. Anaything else I have to setup after installing the app. If there is a detailed description for the setup which I missed, sorry for that. Maybe you can provide a link?
Thanks in advance and thanks for the great product and great support.
Update: Got it to work.
Same issue - dashboards don't load on the new app on an Android phone, just spinning. I verified that the hub IP address in the app in correct. The legacy app loads the dashboards just fine.
New android app issue: I have 3 hubs in 3 locations. I can only get dashboards if I am at the specific location of the connecting hub (otherwise "webpage not available, or spinning wheel of death). Legacy still works great. bobbyD?
I have the same display as @jb1:
Webpage not available
The webpage at http://&hidebar=true/ could not be loaded because:
net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
I have the Hubitat Dashboard app installed and I can access and use a dashboard from the webpage in a browser. My wife's phone can access the dashboard from the Hubitat app no problem, but I've never been able to. Wondering if I should uninstall the Hubitat app and re-install it.
Ok, uninstalling and re-installing fixed it.
