OK, so how can I check if I have Ghosts? I went through all my devices and I do not see any ghosts - all of them are the real devices.
You find them in z-wave details, not the devices list.

I had a similar issue with a Leviton wifi dimmer. The outlet box was dented and the dimmer was deep, I figured the issue was likely arcing/short - I wrapped the dimmer and its wiring in electrical tape and switched the breaker to an AFCI. It has been good since and never tripped.
Off topic:
Talk about childhood nightmares. Anthropomorphized office supplies. But somehow I was ok with F1. I think I have an Encarta CD as a coaster in the workshop.
