Unable to Pair LeakSmart Water Sensors Version 1 or 2

Hello,

I have removed 2 LeakSmart sensors (version 1 and 2) from my Wink hub. I then performed a reset on both of them. When I tried to pair them to the HE, nothing happens. I'm using the Zigbee Pairing in HE. I also had the driver loaded and saved from the following page:

Not original content but this driver is fully functional for the LeakSmart Water Sensor. Just enable compatibility mode on the device. https://github.com/ericvitale/ST-leakSmart-Sensor/blob/master/devicetypes/ericvitale/leaksmart-sensor.src/leaksmart-sensor.groovy

Any other advice?

Welcome to Hubitat! I'm sorry you're having trouble pairing the LeakSmart sensors. They should work with the "Generic zigbee moisture sensor" driver.

Coming from Wink and I have a LeakSmart sensor that looks like I won't be able to use. At least, I'm seeing mixed comments about this. If I'm going to replace this, what's the current drop in solution? I've seen mention of the Aeotec, but $55! Ouch!

They pair well with the current firmware drivers, however, they never detect moisture, what is kind of a bummer for a moisture sensors
