Please provide your hub model (C7, C8, etc.) and its platform version from Settings>Hub Details.

I'm using a C5 hub. I live in the GMT+9 area, but the sunrise and sunset times are very different. Is there any solution?

Chances are that your location on that same page, Setting > Hub Details, is not set correctly. Verify that the Latitude and Longitude fields are set correctly for your area, along with the Time Zone setting (though that one looks correct from your screenshot). All three are used to calculate and display sun times.
