I have three Aqara Water leak sensors.
I was able to add only one.
I can can add other two.
Every time i try it failed.

What does the rest of your Zigbee network look like -- how many total devices, how many mains powered (repeaters/routers), any smart bulbs, etc.?
These devices, especially the older ones, can be tricky to pair, so sharing the exact model number may be helpful. There are also some Zigbee differences between hub hardware versions and platform versions, so sharing those (check Settings > Hub Details to see) is also relevant.

Also, after you put the device and hub in pairing mode continue to press the center of water leak sensor like pushing a button with a second or two in between. I have experienced some Aqara devices that I have had to do this to to keep them awake long enough to join even though they are in pairing mode.

Device are only 2 months old.
I tried over 10 times.
Few times it will find device.
"Found a Zigbee device, Found a Zigbee device, initializing......"
Finishing up, please wait...
But after a while it will stop.
None of these are answers to the questions I asked, and you appear to have posted the same response twice. Was this a mistake?

I realize other users here will likely take umbrage with me saying this, but Aqara (like many other chinese manus) plays fast-&-loose with zigbee standards.
Aqara really wants you to use their own hub and stay exclusively in their own ecosystem, so that's what they primarily design toward. The ability to play well with other hubs & ecosystems is not a priority for them.
Some of their zigbee devices pair fine with other hubs, but some are painful (if not plain impossible) to get get paired. This hit-&-miss consistency is the main issue that keeps me away from ever using any of their stuff.

I had a Aqara M3 hub for about 2 months. Did not like it. Because you can use only Aqara product.
I have three Aqara water leak sensor and also three Aqara contact door sensor.
Then i decided to go with Hubitat.
Today i got Hubitat C-8 Pro Hub.
I was able to setup Hubitat Hub with no issue.
Now i am trying to add devices to hub. I was able to add two Aqara water leak sensor.
I still need to add one more water leak sensor and three door contact sensor.

So no line-powered zigbee devices that can act routers/repeaters? That does not auger well for a stable and robust zigbee mesh.

Personally I quite like the IKEA product line.

Yes. I have those devices. nothing else. IO just started building smart home.

Are those Ikea sensors really good?
A healthy zigbee mesh requires well-positioned repeaters (and the more the merrier). With no repeaters, any zigbee battery device is almost certain to struggle.
With the exception of some models of zigbee bulbs, any mains-powered zigbee device will act as a repeater for the mesh.

The IKEA smart products are at least as good, if not better, than most Tuya and Aqara products.
They are available locally and come with a 365 day return policy.
Use AAA batteries.
Reasonably priced.
And I just like 'em.

Have you tried pairing the Aqara contact sensors yet?
HE has a built in driver for these devices and I have them paired with no issues.
