Check to make sure you've updated all of the files to the latest version - there is no more straightup "heartbeat" method, so that leads me to believe that somewhere you've got an old file in there.
Can you post a full log in debug mode to help track this one down?
Thanks! I think it was fixed with a Repair in HPM. After I posted, I wondered if my two issues were even related. ¯\(ツ)/¯
It looks like I am not seeing this error anymore. Should it return I will let you know and provide debug logs. Thanks.
Is this the irrigation system or the hose timers. And can you confirm you are on the latest release?
Yes it’s the latest release (3.1.17) and I only have hose timers. I have two.
What does this part of the app settings screen look like for you? See highlighted parts that are relevant to debugging this. If it doesn't look like this, try going into the app and pressing Done.
Having trouble tracking down that one. I'll need you to selectively replace the Rachio Community app code with this debug code here. So, go to App Code --> Rachio Community and replace the code there with the linked code. Then provide me with the log output showing the errors. Looking for an actual line number at which the error occurs. It could happen in the app or in one of the devices.
.
Must have exhausted API calls with the error. Wait until the morning and look at the log again. should have an actual error besides API limit reached.
So this copy you asked me to use isn’t working. I only have hose timers, I don’t have anything else. It’s not logging the way it was on the prod version. Looks like it’s looking for more than I have.
That's to be expected since you don't have any controllers... Do you have debug logging turned on?
So I’m curious… if the errors are from the base station going offline. I have to reboot it frequently. I’m thinking of putting it on a smart switch to power it off and then power it back on through a rule. Would it be possible to capture the base station being online or offline somehow?
The hubitat device created for the base station has this info:
Thanks, this will give me something to work on setting up this weekend! Lol
