Bug Fixes
- Various fixes for matter certification, mostly related to BLE commissioning handoffs.
- Added CSA's vendor ID for Hubitat, as well as a matter fabric alias, connected services as seen from other matter controllers will now show Hubitat, Inc as well as the source Hubs name. Note: These values will only show for newly added devices.
- Matter attestation now uses CSA's DCL (online database) for device attestation, this should fix issues where devices have failed commissioning at the attestation phase.
