This release includes a hub mesh update that makes it incompatible with earlier releases. Please update all hubs using hub mesh feature to keep it functional.

- Changed backup/restore routines for better resiliency.

- Added support for Wiz dim only light bulbs.
- Removed UDP hub mesh option (it's TCP only now) and moved TCP hub mesh option to use port 8083 instead of 8082.
