Not able to change wifi network name

Hello, i have been using wifi adaptor and recently i changed my router ssid name and i have tried to change it on Hubitat wifi settings but unfortunately, whenever I click save, it reverts back to the previous wifi name. I have tried soft reset and i havent been successful. Am completely stumped. Would appreciate all the help

Not where I can look at mine ATM but @gopher.ny would be the wizard to consult I believe.

There is a bug in the latest build that resets the name. It will be fixed in the next build.

In the meantime, the workaround is to use a direct endpoint like this: http://hubs.ip.address.here/hub/advanced/setWiFiNetworkInfo?ssid=networkName&psk=networkPassword

The endpoint should produce an empty page. Reboot the hub to apply changes.

Why does the hub need to know wifi info? What am I missing here? Did HE release a c8 with wifi finally?
