Hub went nuts and not responding with error


Please provide your hub model (C7, C8, etc.) and its platform version from Settings>Hub Details.

c7 latest firmware hub started with this error as far back in the logs as i can see and then snowballed with the same error in almost all devices.. not much was responding.. was able to do a reboot and rebuild database.. seems ok now.. any ideas..

before rebooting i tried to look at logs but got 500 error.

Database error... try rebooting with repair database checked

Looks similar to this C7 - Hub "hung" with no access to logs - 2.3.8.125

yep looks the same.. seach didnt find it as it is a picture like my post.. as mentioned i did a reboot with rebuild and it seems ok now

Reboot fixed it for me too, although I did not do a rebuild.

Can you PM me the hub id?
I've seen a handful of these by now. I still don't understand why this happens (unable to reproduce so far) but at least some sort of a workaround needs to happen.
