If you are not logged in, you cannot be logged out. You have to enable the local hub password protection, aka "Hub Login Security" in Settings.
For those who are now discovering the "Hub Login Security" please BE AWARE that the log in credentials are different than Hubitat Account used for mobile app and my.hubitat.com.
