Dual Zigbee outlet

Bought this dual Zigbee wall outlet that each outlet can be controlled individually. This is not a power monitoring outlet.

Every Zigbee switch driver I have tried only controls one outlet.

The usual way to pair a Tuya Zigbee switch is to hold down the button for about 5 seconds. Since this has two buttons I tried to pair each one individually,

Here is the pertinent info :

I have no idea what most of that means.

Searching for TS011F does not show any dual outlet wall sockets.

Devices made up of multiple controllable units are joined as a parent device w/two child devices, not joined separartely. Example:

So you're going to need to find a compatible driver that can recognize your device and create the parent and two children.

@kkossev is the Zigbee driver master, he may have heard of/seen this before.

@TomG

Try the generic Zigbee multi-endpoint switch driver. Click the Configure button after changing drivers and see if two child devices are created. Then see if each of them can be controlled. It is possible that 3 child devices will be created.

Make sure you pair the device with this updated driver.

Update May 2024 : this driver is now available for installation and update from HPM.

Nice find. Ordered.

Looking for any ETL or UL certifications for this and couldn't find them. I'd be concerned about hooking this up in the wall to 110 if it doesn't have that.

Yeah, not UL listed and faceplate built in make it a complete no go for me...

Same here, I will never install at home any mains-powered devices from unknown overseas companies like Lutron, Inovelli, Jasco, etc... that are not TรœV Rheinland certified...

I appreciate the concern about the lack of certification.

Moving on, no child devices are created with either driver. Both outlets turn on and off together.

Click on the Delete ("REMOVE DEVICE") button and then pair it again to HE. Is the Muxa's driver selected automatically? Two child devices should be created while pairing.

Exactly and if your house catches fire and it turns out a uncertified device started the fire your homeowners insurance will deny coverage.... if your renting it might be the end of your rental history as well.

Working great. Thanks!
