Hi all, I bought a 6 gang switch and already paid a fortune for the electrician to run a new neutral wire and install it in my kitchen however I cannot get it to work with the generic multi end point' built-in driver although I have another 4 gang switch from a generic brand which does work, see below.
So sorry again for the late reply mate, I've been away for work.
I noticed that you shared the Github code with me, that's much appreciated - You're the best!!
I've remotelly installed the driver and I can now see the 6 end points, yay!! I won't be able to test it until I get home later this week though.
I also noticed that the end points came up as 'Generic Component Switch' , see below, should I leave them with that driver? Will this driver also work with my other 5 gang switch (same brand and model)?
Most Mercator Ikuu devices should work with HE stock drivers, but you may need to manually assign the right inbuilt driver and check whether it works.
Because Mercator Ikuu is actually a rebranded Tuya, some devices may require custom drivers in HE. After you pair the device to your Hubitat hub, and if no specific driver was automatically assigned - please post the Zigbee details (see the link in the post above).
Hi there, complete newbie here.
I also purchased and installed a Mercator Ikuu 5-gang switch.
I tried to follow the steps and installed the driver for Model TS0601 but it did not identify that is was a 5-gang switch or a switch at all. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Model: TS0601
Thank you for the help.
Your particular device fingerprint is not here, but the driver should default to a 4-gang switch.
Pair the switch again to your hub, after you manually assign this driver.
The one for TS0601 zigbee switch which appeared as Moes 1/2/3 gang. It did not recognise the 5th child switch which was the middle switch, until I asked google Gemini to add it on.
