Let's try to save the day…. We need to identify precisely the device first.
Please follow the tips here : How To Identify a Zigbee Device and post the Zigbee device model and manufacturer IDs, as shown on this device web page in HE.
We have also @Gerry-Innr in the forum who can hopefully help if needed.
Have you tried the Hubitat inbuilt 'Generic Zigbee CT bulb' driver already?
Sometimes ‘pairing’ through many repeaters causes such an issue.
Easy test is, to remove the current device that was detected but uncontrollable, and to try to ‘pair’ close to the hub.
Hi there, I've searched the forums and can't seem to find an answer so posting here. I've tried the Sonoff SNZB-04P and it pairs just fine but only reports battery status and not the contact sensor status unfortunately. I've tried the inbuilt generic ZigBee contact driver and the Sonoff one. Also tried the community Sonoff and Tuya drivers with no luck.
I have an off Zigbee siren ZA03. I can’t seem to find a driver for it to work. The guys at sigbee2mqtt have a driver for it. But I can’t find one for Hubitat.
I have tried the Zigbee smart siren driver but I don’t think that is correct. This siren doesn’t have all of the features of that one.
The zigbee2mqtt guys say to use the [tze200] for it.
Welcome to the Community @languy99 . I can't help you with your siren, but would suggest posting your question as a new topic, that way it will get more visibility and you may find others will respond more quickly.
That being said, I don't see them in the list above, though there are some where no one added a model number, so I suppose it could be one of those (or the actual AlertMe devices, but the author wrote those for those actual devices, which may or may not work the same).
Ah, this forum topic relates to custom or "unofficial" device support or drivers. You are looking at the official list. That one does have a note at the top for certain incompatibilities, including the one you noted.
