I inherited a cassette to 8 track adapter from my brothers. Barely old enough to remember ACTUAL 8 tracks.

you'll never get YouTube famous by doing that...

Oh that’s gold! :rofl:

Some Aussie political humour:

PS for those not aware, the “Liberals” in Australia are actually the Conservative Party (these days quite hard right), the Center left party is called Labor, and the hard left party are the Greens.

Greens = watermelons
Green on the outside but Red on the inside.

Labor as in Other Peoples Labor

A humorous look at our Aussie voting system.

Ps the “Sh!t Party” = LNP and the “Sh!t Party Lite” = ALP.

Rank choice voting, ugh. It's elected the sorriest politicians around the world.

Not sure what you mean, it’s a good system and it means your vote is never wasted.

Say you want a local independent, but aren’t sure they have enough support to win your local seat. You can still vote for them, and also select a second choice. If your first choice doesn’t get enough votes, your vote transfers to your second choice.

Btw, we don’t vote for the prime minister, we vote for our local representative, and the prime minister is The leader of the party or coalition who wins the majority of seats, across most states of Australia. So we never have the situation where the PM doesn’t control House of Representatives. It’s rare they control the senate too, but it does happen occasionally.
