C7 Zigbee Going Offline

Hi everyone,

Woke up this morning to an issue with my C7 hub running 2.4.3.137, which mainly hosts my AlertMe kit. There are 34 devices on the mesh and it runs perfectly. Mostly.

My issue looks identical to this one from @txyaloo a year ago. None of the devices were responding this morning, though the hub interface was just fine. Checking Settings > Zigbee Details showed this:

Network State
Status:
Pan ID: 0000
Extended Pan ID: null

Rebooting the hub didn't change anything. Full power cycle, also no change.

What did repair it was to restore the local backup from yesterday through Settings > Backup and Restore > Local backups. Thankfully the Zigbee radio settings came back and everything is beginning to respond normally again.

There was an automated local backup taken after the problems began, so if anyone from the support team wants to compare against the known good one then I'd be happy to provide them.

My C-7 zigbee radios are going offline more now that I update to this release too. I have to power cycle the hub & then everything comes back online. The last time the Zigbee radios went offline was at around 3am when everything in the house should have been quiet, no automations, other than regular temp/humidity, device status monitoring.....But that happens like no more than every 5 min.

I have an automation set up which will reboot the hub if Zigbee is offline for more than a few minutes (and if the hub has been booted for more than twenty minutes or so). I think it's kicked in once in a year, but this time it didn't because the state didn't definitively switch to offline and Zigbee stayed enabled.

Not that it would have helped with this one anyway, as even after a few reboots the settings for the radio didn't return. Only the restoration from backup brought things back to life.
