C5 Zigbee Going Offline

Hi support team,

I've had this C5 hub installed since 2019 with no issues until recently. Twice in the last 30 days, my zigbee mesh has gone offline. Hubitat shows below for zigbee status:

Network State
Status:	OFFLINE
Pan ID:	0000
Extended Pan ID:	null

No alerts about the zigbee network have been generated, but I do have a persistent alert about my weather station producing excessive events (this alert has been persistent for 2-3 years with no other issues). I've only noticed the issue when devices stop working. I'm currently running FW 2.3.7.146. I upgraded to this around a month ago when this issue occurred the first time. I tend to stick with older "stable" FW to avoid breaking changes in drivers or automations.

Last time it needed the reboot and FW upgrade to fix. This time, it was fixed with just a reboot. Any thoughts on why this is happening all of a sudden?
