Platform Changes
- Added file deployment from one hub to all hubs connected to the same user's account to Settings - File Manager. File size limit applies.
- The endpoint to disable hub process monitor /hub/advanced/disableHubProcessMonitor now disables reboot on critical CPU level, too. Use /hub/advanced/enableHubProcessMonitor to enable it back.

- Added Power Aggregators app to summarize power use of multiple devices into one - useful with EZ dashboards Graph feature.

- Hue Bridge Integration app:
- Added support for Hue Doorbell and Hue Chime.
- Renamed "reachable" attribute on bulb devices to "networkStatus" for consistency and fixed parsing; removed from group devices (as this data is not reported by the Hue API).
