Did you see the issue with the Zooz Double Plug?
Our engineers have identified critical issues with ZOOZ Double Plug (MODEL ZEN25) and have been working with Zooz engineers to resolve these problems.
If you have this model and experience Z-Wave network issues, please follow below troubleshooting steps as provided by Zooz engineers:
Be sure to run the latest Hubitat Elevation version
Ensure that plug is included without security encryption, if it is exclude/re-include
If that doesn't help, update the plug to 2.0 (if it's not already on that …
I don't think it's just that device but that is pure speculation on my part. I do know I was unable to pair a Zen24 V3 dimmer as S2 unauthenticated but paired fine with no security.
