Yes, the rxCounter state counts the number of the received Zigbee messages. A low and not increasing number indicates a Zigbee connectivity problem (make sure you press the F5 in the desktop browser to refresh the page).

The healthStatus attribute should become 'offline' after 12 hours of inactivity. I tried in the driver to detect faster such abnormal initial pairing states, but the result was not consistent.
