I keep having to revert back to the old app. This 2.0 version is not ready for primetime.

In addition to the issues @jtp10181 mentioned, I am still mostly unable to connect to the hub locally, even on my own wifi. Yes, my Hubitat is on a different VLAN than my wifi. However the old app is able to manage this without ANY issues at all, and the new app manages to provide the local dashboard and local options only about 5% of the time, if that.

Another issue I've had repeatedly which I have not seen posted here is erroneous "Out of geofence" events. This seems to happen to me randomly, but I will arrive home, everything works normally and then all the sudden I get a notification that my phone has departed via the app geofence reporting away. As soon as I open the app, it reports back home. Sometimes when I open the app, I get an "out of geofence" event followed immediately by a "in geofence" event, which starts up all my arrival automations. This is incredibly annoying.

Another thing I would like to get fixed is the notification icon. In the old app, it shows the Hubitat icon on all notifications. On the new app, it is just a black dot. For privacy I have notification text disabled when the phone is locked, so the complete lack of an icon being presented makes it hard to know if this is a notification that I care about in the moment or not.

Ultimately, the new app has way too many problems. I use it briefly with each update and ultimately have to roll back to the old app because there are just too many serious functionality issues with the new app. I realize I may be on a beta release (impossible to know since the app doesn't say) and so maybe these issues are not present to people who dont receive beta builds, but without any way to know if I'm on a beta or official build all I can say is that 2.0 seems to be not ready yet. The reason I am stressing this is because the old version of the app is scheduled to be removed from the store soon, and I think that is a serious mistake. If you do that, you may leave people without functionality that they depend on.

I cannot use the Go To Remote Admin on the new app I get "invalid hub id" for both my hubs, however it works as is should on the old app.

I had my tablet and phone using the same login but setup as different devices on the old app. Once I moved to the new app they would log each other out so I created a different login with an old hotmail email address for the tablet.

I really wish we had the option to have the new app open into dashboards like the old app did instead of the Home page.
