I keep seeing endpoints discussed in the ZWave topics.
Does endpoint have to do with routing?

But, no, endpoints are not related to routing. They are basically a way to address individual "components"/channels in a multichannel Z-Wave device, like a smart plug with two individually controllable outlets or the RGBW controller in that thread.
