Zen27 dimmer question

I've only got a single zooZ Zen27 and I'm not sure how to make it behave like I want it to. My wife wanted it setup so that if the switch is off and you turn it on, it will ramp up to the max brightness with a single tap (not the last used dimming level). If you want it dimmer, then you can turn on the light and dim it. That was simple enough to accomplish. I'm at work at the moment, not at home, but going from memory there is a parameter with a setting "double tap to maximum brightness disabled…
