"Zigbee Radio Corrupted"

This is a spinoff of this thread:

I thought I had solved this by changing the driver on a handful of Zigbee plugs but the issue has come up once again. Hubitat support is telling me that the Zigbee radio is corrupted and I will have to replace the hub. My concern is that I replace the hub and the issue persists. I really don't want to have to migrate everything over only to have the same issue with a new hub.

Has anyone swapped their hub for this reason and seen the issue resolved?

I had a similar fault and was able to fix with a backup, soft reset and a restore

I hadn't tried that and it wasn't suggested by support. I'll give it a shot.

If you do have to replace it and it isn't warranty or Hub Protected, you could always run 2 hubs, the new one with ZigBee and using Hub Mesh to point the ZigBee devices to the original hub, and leaving everything else on the original hub.

It’s likely the issue your hub had was different. A soft reset will not fix a corrupt zwave or zigbee radio database.

I considered that, but it's under warranty. I'm still considering just purchasing a second hub to use exclusively for Zigbee instead of dealing with the hassle of moving everything to a new hub.
