If you search the forums you'll see there was extensive discussions about this model. it constantly leaves/rejoins the network. @kkossev was working with it and I think the defect was not resolvable in the driver, but don't quote me.
And if you have a C8 hub, this 2.3.9.157 - Zigbee plugs are found but do not function - #34 by kkossev might work
