Zigbee plug won't pair

I can't seem to get this zigbee plug to pair.
It to initialize. Tried both options, avoiding repeaters and exchange keys.
States device found but that's it.

The pre-requirement is to bring the problematic device close to the C-8 hub

Try this 'double luck' workaround of the C-8 pairing issue : Go to Settings->Zigbee Details and click the 'Rebuild Network' button. Wait for the process to finish (the button will become enabled again) Click the same 'Rebuild Network' button again, and wait for the process to finish. That worked like a charm. Now, I need a little more help.

This is a power monitor outlet. I'm using the zigbee generic outlet. When the TV power is on THE OUTLET power reads 1. I have to hit refresh to update the reading (4 after refresh) then the outlet reads power increase and a light turns on. The same with off, have to refresh to achieve the correct reading of 1.

For Tuya devices I recommend Tuya drivers.
