I made it works with minor adjustments -
installed wireshark ver 3.0.10, then install TiWsPc, it will locate the wireshark and install those dlls (3 files ti802154ge-x64-2x.dll, tirpi-x64-2x.dll, ti-ble-packet-info-x64-2x.dll) into your wireshark-dir\plugins\3.0\epan.
