Zigbee not working/pairing

C8-Pro
Version: 2.3.9.181

I had a C7 previously with mostly z-wave lights/shades and a couple zigbee outlets I only use for Xmas. Since I upgraded to C8-Pro, these Zigbee outlets don’t work and I can’t even re-pair them after factory resets.

I’ve tried disabling/ enabling Zigbee.

Distance isn’t an issue, I’m very close to my Hubitat and zigbee always paired very easily for me.

Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot here?
I picked up some new Innr Zigbee outlets to see if that would help and still no luck.

Hmm, you could try the "double luck vodoo" trick

also what Zigbee channel are you using? Some devices will only pair on certain channels

What brand and model?

I don't have any of these, but I thought most here had good luck with them?
