I'm seeing the same thing, traffic wise (though without a noticeable performance impact) having upgraded my C-3 to 2.3.3.125; I started a new thread since I don't think it's related to a mesh stability issue or noise.
What's up with all the extra Zigbee OTA traffic on 2.3.3? -
