Zigbee Devices Spotty

I have about 15 or Zigbee devices and they seems to be very spotty. They don't reliably work all the time. They might be good for days or a few weeks and then they stop working. Sometimes power cycling them brings them back, sometimes repair-ing brings them back. I thought it might have been my old Hub which was a C7, I have since upgraded to a C8Pro and still seeing the same issue.

As I was googling and tinkering and noticed in the Zigbee Map that certain devices were acting as repeaters, wonder if that's where the problem is, and if that functionality can be disabled. Thoughts on where I should look?

I have about 6 Hello Axis Blind Controllers, 3 Zemisoft Blind controllers, 1 Zigbee Smart Relay Switch.

Please provide your hub model (C7, C8, etc.) and its platform version from Settings>Hub Details.

To have a robust mesh, you really need the repeaters. Usually the more, the better. Usually mains powered devices repeat, and battery devices do not. Your Smart Relay Switch would most likely be a repeater.

My guess is you have a device that is causing the issues. It may be a repeater device that is not repeating correctly.

The process for debugging Zigbee issues has been repeated here many times in different threads. You may want to search for some of those posts and read through them. You need to leverage the Zigbee logs and other tools to determine what is going on.

15 is a pretty small number Zigbee devices, so finding the issue, or the problem device, shouldn't be too bad.

Thanks much, I will look for the troubleshooting walkthrough. I was guessing it was the repeaters.
