I just received my C-8 Pro, trying to add my first z-wave device. Initially, used SmartStart to add the z-wave device (Beasen Smart Roller Blind". I scanned the device QR code, added the name and room, but the device status stays at "not included, pending" state.
Followed the message to use the hub UI, if there is a problem with SmartStart. Performed the z-wave exclusion and then the z-wave inclusion, still the device is stuck at "not included, pending" and not showing up in the device list. It has been 2 hours+ and still device is "not included, pending" state.
I found a dell usb c battery backup very handy when attempting to pair stubborn devices. Just enable wifi management on the hub and I take the hub to the device and literally put the device between the Ariel’s while pairing. https://www.dell.com/en-au/shop/portable-charging-devices/ar/8268
