Cartoons (& Memes & Weird Funny Stuff) of Hubitat

Inspired in part by the excellent and entertaining Cars of Hubitat thread I thought it would also be entertaining and fun to take a break and share some cartoons. Cartoons, memes, and humor of any type (except jokes about my hair) are welcome, and if you have someting related to smart homes you might get an extra point or two. My first entry...something I often experience on a daily basis. But don't get me wrong, I don't wear a vest around the house. [image]

Awesome, thanks for the additional replies. Not sure what part of my post has been deemed as an 'inaccurate assumption' , but I feel like I need to let that go for the purposes of community standards.

Moving on.

My memory is a little hazy on this, and I'm not so sure I've just imagined it... Actiontiles. Wasn't this at some point intended to be an official integration?

I used actiontiles years ago, probably on smartthings. I'm sure I recall something about this.

We have not received the go ahead request to take ActionTiles out of beta. That is a question for ActionTiles folks, more than us. We just flip a switch when they inform us that their beta program has been completed.

Like you, I was/am a big fan of Actiontiles. I was one of the 1st to sign up for Actiontiles for Hubitat when it was released. I made it clear that I would gladly purchase a license when it went from beta to full release. However, things got delayed and others who were not already sold on Actiontiles moved on to other dashboards, including the one that comes with Hubitat.

Unfortunately, the plans for Hubitat integration came to a halt when one of the founding members of the Actiontiles group passed away. That generated some legal issues as well as reduced the staff for support and development. Thus, development Actiontiles for Hubitat took a back seat. The platform seems to work quite well as is and Actiontiles continues to support Hubitat users under the beta program, but it is evident that no improvements are likely to be made.

I have no plans to terminate use of Actiontiles as all my panels are set up and working as needed. I am just hoping that Actiontiles does not quite support for Hubitat as I would have to recreate all my dashboards. That would be a pain.
