On C7 hub, version 2.3.8.133
- 61 Z-Wave devices (58 Z-wave plus, 2 Z-wave (thermostats), 1 Z-wave lock (battery)...no ghosts
- 35 Zigbee devices
I woke up this morning and no Z-wave devices were working:
- Logged into Hub and had a "3" warnings
** Software update to 2.3.8.134 available
** Last cloud backup failed. Failed steps: Z-wave
** Z-Wave radio offline
The last cloud backup on 3/27 was a success according to the hub logs.
The last system restart was 3/23 when I updated to 2.3.8.133.
I shutdown the hub fully, and cycled power:
- Hub rebooted normally
- Z-wave network came back online
- "Severe hub load" for approximately 10 minutes, then went back to normal
This is the first time anything like this has happened to me. Rebooting the hub solved the issue.
Has anyone seen something similar???
Please provide your hub model (C7, C8, etc.) and its platform version from Settings>Hub Details.
