Why is TTS via Chromecast only works on Google Nest Mini

I wanted to move TTS from SONOS to the Google Home speakers. After some brief research, this can be done via Chromecast integration which allowed for the speakers to be accessible. It seems that only one type of speaker works, when any Chromecast enabled device is expected to. Any assitance would be greatly appreciated.

@user5728 Most chromecast (google) enabled speakers will work fine as tts receiving devices. I had a mixture of google, Vizio, and LG speakers that all worked fine. So ALL google branded speakers work..

Thanks. I totally believe you as another article provided a solution. The reason is that the Google Nest Mini speaker was the other speaker with the correct IP address in Hubitat. For some reason, Hubitat is not able to obtain the address but do provide a way to manually update the address. TTS started working immediately after the wrong IP addresses were updated. Thanks to Angus_M in the link to the article below for guiding me to valid the IP addresses;
