Quick way to check would be to reboot the hub as it will attempt to sync when it comes back up...

I've not experienced time problems (knock on wood - surely I just jinxed myself!) but using DHCP with a reservation for my hub - allows me to hand NTP server address to the DHCP request response given to the device. I've no idea if hubitat uses it tho.
