I didn't know anything about this price increase until right now. Been trying for the last couple weeks to get onto remote admin and no joy.
Wrote an email to 'Hubitat Subscriptions' when I first noticed the problem, but no reply. How do I actually get help with my account please? My remote admin is still listed as working (no option to re-subscribe) but it doesn't work.
