Where do I start

First let me say I tend to stumble around in the dark with this stuff. But I got something majorly wrong and I need guidance on where to start looking.
I have the Hubitat C8 and version 2.3.9.166
The last couple months, I keep having issues, things not responding, deleyed response. I got so feed up today it I had to make time to look well, under "Logs" I see this:

What in the world do I do? Where do I start trying to run down the issue?

Click on the "App:158" on the front of the line to see which app is causing it. Then reconfigure/fix/delete that app.

Ok, I did that... says Life 360. I will go delete that. Fingers crossed

You can also just disable it if you want to have it around to work on the issues that have come up.

Click on the checkbox to the left of the app name on the Apps tab to disable the app:

If you don't see the checkbox, click on the gear icon at the top of the Apps page and ensure that the Show App Disable option is selected:

After you work things out, and confirm that Life 360 may continue to be a cause pain, you may want to consider below. Many folks are leaving Life 360 due to deprecation of features that they have been going through. If you want similar capabilities w/a community developed replacement you can look at this topic:
