That is one reason I kept the smartthings hub around for button, water, and other sensor firmware updates.
Thanks! Awful news but sometimes the truth hurts. ST was limited and not local, but it seems like HE users don't have time for employment, family or other hobbies... Other than that, I like HE. 
Now for the multi-day project of resetting my ST hub and updating those devices.
