Confused by what you’re attempting. Have you tried pairing this directly to Hubitat as a zwave device?

Ring at one time split their line up into at least 2 different protocol stacks - one using ZWave and the other that required their Ring Lighting Bridge.

You will want to pair it with SmartStart and when doing so don't change any of the security settings.

Did it come with a QR code that says anything about SmartStart or a DSK? Can you post a picture of any labels or marking on the device either outside or inside the battery compartment? So that we can ID and verify what device it is exactly.
